2024 Fall Trade Show at Scottsdale Stadium

Join us at Scottsdale Stadium on August 27 from 10:00- 2:00

as we bring together suppliers and distributors to see

what's new, what's hot and to help each other Race to Success!

Schedule of events:

August 27:

• Setup for suppliers from 8:00 - 10:00
• Distributor registration and show hours from 10:00 - 2:00
• Lunch buffet is open 11:00 - 1:00
• Tear down from 2:00 - 5:00

Suppliers must be current members to exhibit.  Not a member?    Click here to join us! 

There is no cost for distributor members.  There will be a registration fee for non-members.

Early bird pricing is:

$500 - one table or a space for one rack

$750 - two tables or one table and a space for a rack

After July 1, pricing is:

$600 - one table or a space for one rack

$1000 - two tables or one table and a space for a rack

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Show sponsor - $500

Lunch - $300 - SOLD OUT - THANK YOU McCREARY'S!  

Beverage Station - $100
